This Consent to Personal Data Processing (hereinafter, the "Consent") is given by the User of the website poliplast.su (hereinafter, the "Website") in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 "On Advertising."
The Consent is given freely, of the User's own will and in the User's own interest, by checking the corresponding checkbox when submitting any of the feedback forms on the Website, or by any other implied action (filling out and submitting a form, placing an order, subscribing to a newsletter, requesting a callback).

2. List of personal data for the processing of which consent is given
Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data voluntarily provided by the User when filling out forms on the Website:
- last name, first name, patronymic;
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- city / delivery address;
- organization name (when submitting a request on behalf of a legal entity);
- message content and other information voluntarily provided by the User in the form fields;
- attached files (photo of a sample, technical specifications, other documents).
The Consent does not apply to special categories of personal data, biometric personal data, or data whose processing requires separate consent in accordance with the law.
3. Purposes of personal data processing
The User consents to the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
- processing the User's applications, requests, inquiries and orders;
- preparing and sending commercial offers, catalogs and product samples;
- entering into, performing and terminating civil law contracts;
- informing the User about the progress of orders, delivery and payment;
- informing the User about the Operator's news, products, promotions and special offers (subject to separate consent to receive advertising messages);
- communicating with the User, including by phone and email;
- complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. List of actions performed with personal data
Consent is given for the Operator to perform the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Personal data is processed both with and without the use of automation tools (mixed processing).
5. Transfer of personal data to third parties
The Operator may transfer the User's personal data to third parties solely in the following cases:
- with the User's written consent;
- when engaging contractors that provide services inextricably linked to the fulfillment of obligations to the User (delivery services, courier services, banks, payment systems, telecom operators) — to the extent necessary to provide such services and subject to confidentiality;
- in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including at the request of authorized government bodies.
Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.
6. Validity period of the consent and procedure for its withdrawal
This Consent is valid from the moment it is given by the User and for the entire period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, as well as for the period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for storing the relevant information.
The User may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written request to the Operator:

If the Consent is withdrawn, the Operator shall cease processing the personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the request, except where processing may be continued without the consent of the personal data subject in accordance with the law.
7. Confirmation of consent
By checking the "I consent to the processing of personal data" checkbox and/or submitting a form on the Website, the User confirms that:
- they have read this Consent and the Operator's Privacy Policy;
- they agree to the terms of personal data processing set out in this document;
- the personal data they have provided is accurate and belongs to them personally;
- they have legal capacity and have reached the age at which they may independently give consent to the processing of personal data under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
